Track your order
A tracking number reaches you by email when the carton leaves us. Until then there is nothing to
track, because the order is still on the packing bench.
How it works
- You order, and we confirm it by email.
- The bag is packed within 1-2 business days.
- A dispatch email goes out with the carrier name and the tracking number.
- Use that number on the carrier website. It can take a few hours after dispatch before the first scan
appears.
If tracking has not moved
A tracking page that sits still for a day or two is normal, particularly over a weekend or a holiday. If there
has been no movement for longer, or if the order is past 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere, write to
care@travelplaza.shop with the order number and we will chase the carrier.

Flying soon? Tell us the departure date when you write in. If the bag is not
going to reach you in time we would rather cancel and refund it than have you wait on a parcel that cannot arrive
before you leave.
Tax
Not registered for GST — a small online retailer whose turnover stays under the applicable
registration threshold in India. GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice with a registration number
is issued. The listed price is the amount payable.
