Half of these are really the same question: will it be let on the plane. The honest answer runs
through all of them.

Size and airlines

Is this bag airline approved?

We do not use that phrase and we would treat it with suspicion anywhere else. What we publish is the
dimensions. Check them against the number your airline gives for the fare you booked — carriers in India do
not share a single limit, and the same carrier can apply different ones to different fares.

Cabin case or cabin backpack?

A case if the trip is flat floors and you want your back free. A backpack if there are stairs, kerbs and
platforms in it — wheels are useless on those, and a 40 litre pack carries about as much as a 20 inch
case.

Does the expander zip matter?

Yes, more than people expect. An expanded case is a different depth from the one you measured, and depth is
what gets checked at a gate. Pack it closed on the way out and use the expander on the way home.

Hard shell or soft sided?

Hard shells protect the contents and scuff on the outside; every hard case in the world does. Soft bags take
an awkward load and squeeze into a boot that a rigid case will not. Neither is better.

Backpacks

What does the USB port do?

Nothing on its own. It is a pass-through to a power bank you put inside the bag. No backpack ships with a
battery, and any listing that implies otherwise is wrong.

What does anti theft mean here?

The main zips sit against your back when the bag is worn, so they cannot be opened in a crowd without you
noticing. It is a layout, not a lock, and it is worth having on a commute.

Delivery, returns and money

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed in 1-2 business days. Delivery is 3-6 business days door to door
to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere in India. Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. If you are buying for a
trip, count backwards from the departure date rather than the ideal one.

What if it arrives damaged?

Write in within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the carton and the bag, and
we replace it or refund it.

Can I return a bag I have used?

No. Returns run for 10 days from delivery for a bag that is unused, with its tags, in
the original packing. A case that has been through an airport has scuffs on it and cannot go back into stock.

How can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two methods on this site. We do not accept cards, net banking,
wallets or EMI, and we never ask for card details over the phone or by email.

Tax

Is GST added on top?

No. Registration under GST becomes compulsory only past a turnover limit set in India, and this shop
has not reached it, so we are not registered. Nothing labelled GST is added on top of a listed price, and no GST
tax invoice with a registration number can be raised — what the product page shows is what you pay.
